By accessing DynaVra Tile Lab, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activities under your account.

3. Purchases and Refunds

Prices are listed in USD. Refunds are available within 7 days if less than 25% of a course is completed, except where prohibited by law or specified in a separate agreement.

4. License to Use Content

We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to access course materials for personal or team training per your purchase. You may not copy, resell, or publicly distribute content without permission.

5. Acceptable Use

• Do not attempt to bypass access controls.
• Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
• Do not use the platform to mislead about credentials or experience.

6. Safety and Professional Judgment

Training materials are educational. Field conditions vary. You agree to follow applicable codes and standards and to exercise professional judgment at all times.

7. Disclaimers

Services are provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted availability. We do not guarantee specific commercial outcomes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for claims related to the services will not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the services at any time.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by California law, excluding conflicts rules. Disputes will be resolved in San Francisco County, California, unless otherwise required by law.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
